While I no longer believe in things that most people in the US believe - belief in God requires a belief in the supernatural that I lost long ago - there is something almost supernatural about love. I don't mind using the word miracle to denote something that is akin to winning the the lottery (close to impossible) and good. And it fills one with a sens of awe. Beauty is miraculous when found in a person. Love - loving and being loved - soars above all all other sensations, realities, thoughts, dreams, paintings, rainbows, natural phenonenom attribtribted to a belief in a god.
